How do I create a cluster?

Log in to the dashboard, click "New Cluster" and follow the steps. Your cluster will be operational within minutes. Check our Quick Start Guide for detailed instructions.

Which regions are available?

Proxy Platform runs on 100% European datacenters. We have locations in Germany (Nuremberg nbg1 and Falkenstein fsn1) and Finland (Helsinki hel1). Amsterdam is coming soon. All data stays within the EU for full GDPR compliance.

How do backups work?

Automatic daily backups are included by default. You can also create manual backups and set the retention period yourself via the dashboard.

What support options are available?

We offer email support (24-hour response time), phone support during business hours, and extensive documentation. 24/7 premium support for enterprise customers will be available in the future.

Can I migrate my existing applications?

Yes, we support migration of existing Kubernetes workloads. Contact our team for a custom migration plan.
