- Account management: Creating and managing your account, authentication and authorization

- Marketing: Informing about new features and products (only with your consent)
- Security: Protecting against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
- Monitoring: Monitoring platform performance and availability

Important guarantee: All parties we use are located within the EU or have taken adequate safeguards under the GDPR. We never transfer personal data to parties outside the EU without appropriate protection measures.
6. Data Location and International Transfer
Proxy Platform runs on 100% European datacenters:
- Germany: Nuremberg (nbg1) and Falkenstein (fsn1)
- Finland: Helsinki (hel1)
- Netherlands: Amsterdam (coming soon)
All personal data is stored and processed within the European Union. No transfer takes place to countries outside the EU/EEA.
7. Retention Periods
We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary:
- Account data: As long as your account is active, plus 1 year after closure
- Early access registrations: Until you unsubscribe or the platform goes live
- Billing data: 7 years (legal retention requirement)
- Support communications: 3 years after last contact
- Logging and monitoring data: Maximum 90 days
- Backups: Maximum 30 days
